looks great man! placing my order later this week. are you concerned about people talking about rust issues? Anthony seems convinced the MK3 will hold up to Indiana weather. Did you match up the red insert? looks nice!!

DIY Hi-Lift Jack mount in the rear hatch. The 2 x 4 at 48" fits perfectly and allows the soft-top to deeply without hindrance.

I had become very frustrated with the lack of jack mount options with the Mopar re-enforced rear hatch support mounted.

I'll paint the wood black in a while and it should look to spec.

Piece of cake.

Installed my new CMM mirrors using bottom mount technique. I have yet to drive with them, but I can deffinetly say they look stock and modern. They are not bodacious at all, and kind of just sit their and do their job. Dunno about anyone else but mine did not come with instructions or the often mentioned Allen wrench. Not really an issue since I would have watched YouTube on these anyway. So far so good. Next step, take those TJ style mirrors off my trail doors..

I like that lower mount option. Going to investigate mine now.

Lower mount equals no collisions with your head. :like:

You didn't take pictures along the way or make a video did ya? I want to remove mine and Rhino Line the inside. Only found 1 video on YouTube a couple months ago.
I see the appeal but for you and everyone else's safety it's not a good idea. Bedliner coating releases cancerous chemicals forever basically. Not as big a deal in a truck bed, but you don't want to do it on the interior for sure.

Why You Should Never Use Bedliner Inside Your Truck

Thanks for the feedback, while I made sure the measurements were what was recommended from Metalcloak I still need to take it into a local shop for an alignment. Oh and I still need to replace the front driveshaft and flipped the trackbar around in the rear (done last night)
When I installed my Metalcloak GC 3.5 lift I followed their instructions as well and my axles were still too far pulled in. Now granted I have a 2dr but still. And no need to take it somewhere for the alignment you can do that by yourself in your garage at home. That guy with a ponytail /Bleepinjeep and others have great how-to videos on YouTube.

Dog was getting tired of wearing harness and being restricted in his movement. Dirty Dog does make a 2 door web net soi bought a $40 cargo net and stretched it over, used a couple of ski poles - need to make some enhancements but I think the dog likes it

Hardtop? Antennae with tennis ball?
Hardtop! Swapped my soft top for hard top. With the tent I'm not going to be opening my top anymore, and the wind noise was quite loud with the soft top on.

You either unloaded a lot of weight in the Jeep or you lifted the rear a bit. Looks to me that the Jeep is actually sitting level now.
I did unload some camping gear out. But the change was swapping to a hardtop. I do need to get slightly longer springs for the rear from Metalcloak.

Which lift?
Metalcloak Gamechanger 3.5", but I had that before already.
