No, these are power converters. I'm not proposing an adapter plug. If your appliance does not have a 120/240 switch on it, you must get a power converter to use it in Europe(and other areas). These have 240 vac in and 110 vac out. These adaptors just change the end of your electrical wire and allow you to plug in your wire into the wall . It doesn't change the voltage of electricity that comes out of the wall.
If you connect your US TV with such a connector in a outlet in Belgium , which gives 220V , your TV will be broken.
Unless the little label on the back says ' 110V -240V' . Then it will work . Europe stuff with these labels work in the US .
If the label says '110V ' it will only work in The US , if it says '220V-240V ' it will only work in Europe.
How hard is that footwell light replacement, what did you use? The OEM lights are so bad, I can barely tell they're on in pitch black.Installed Diver Down front and rear seat covers. Also replaced the front foot well lights with nice blue LED bulb and socket. Nice improvement over the weak OEM lights.
Now just replace the steering wheel with this and you'll be stylin!Fabricated new foot pegs for the jeep....
Painted them red to match the tow hooks..... Cut out a leather washer for between the hinge and peg on top and put a felt pad to protect the paint on the front panel
Just a random shot of my oldest and the jeep

And my youngest at her junior prom....

Very easy upgrade, the OEM light is held in by one 7mm bolt under the passenger side dash and then a 2nd 7mm bolt that secures the excess wiring under the dash as well. The wiring to the light is plug-n-play, I unplugged the lead to the light and removed the 2nd 7mm bolt to allow for more wire movement. Then I cut off the plug which leaves 2 wires exposed and replaced it with a 194 bulb socket pig tail I bought at Pep Boys for $4.00. Then I added a Philips 194B LED bulb (blue- Pep Boys 2 for $12 on sale) and tucked the wires and bulb back under the dash. Repeated the same on the drivers side with one difference, instead of a 2nd 7mm bolt holding the excess wire in place they use a plastic Christmas tree connector. The one thing to be mindful of with this upgrade is that unlike the OEM set up that uses 2 different lights, one for the courtesy light when door is open and another dimmer light for when the driving lights are used at night, the new bulb will be used in both situations. Just an FYI....How hard is that footwell light replacement, what did you use? The OEM lights are so bad, I can barely tell they're on in pitch black.
Need pictures of the Icons Dave or it didn't happen. I can never get enough of seeing Icon and/or Fuel wheels.Bronze Icon Rebound wheels
Thought about it... but the wife put the brakes on that idea!!!Now just replace the steering wheel with this and you'll be stylin!
(sorry, couldn't resist)
Hey Roky. I have zero experience with this but IMO can’t see why not. Funny part is on Quadratec website there is a customer install pic with it pointing upDoes anyone know why I couldn’t install with adjuster pointed up instead of down as per the instructions.
Would be easier to access for me because of my synergy tie rod. I’ll be using it more often than most, for lightning up steering through sugar sand trails and such.
Anyone know where to get gray with black surround instead of red?Went from this:
To this:
now need to find the matching “Jeep” lettering..
