Did you install this yourself? Thinking of doing something similar but may just cave and get a professional to do it... Also heard from some that their parking brake rubs at full flex, any truth to that?

Link? Been thinking about this mod. Did you install yourself? Fit and finish?

;)

Easy drop-in installation, but not sure it will hold up to trail use. Wish I had made a video of the installation to share. Maybe I’ll remove and reinstall to document one day.

Also concerned about weatherproofness. Have heard reports of disintegration when repeatedly exposed to water.

If you don't mind my asking, why won't you order from them? My Jeep isn't in yet but I have several things bookmarked on their site and was planning to order a few things this weekend actually... Now you've got me scared haha!
It's not with ExtremeTerrain directly that I have a problem with, but with the company they ship with, Saia. Their customer service is garbage and have had nothing but problems with, Saia in terms of delivering my parts.

Not so much “to my Jeep “ more “ for my Jeep “.
My old impact quit on me the other day, it did a good job, I just use it a lot, and I guess it had enough....:( So I got this today........

And apparently I can hook it to my phone?!?!..:swear:
Geeesh......technology has definitely left this old Neanderthal in the dust.... I hope I don’t get a call or text from it in the middle of the night wanting to be put on the charger or some shit.............:)
Hi,

I was wondering if you could check if the charger works on 220 V also ?
We moved from Europe to the US last summer , and my old tool has broken a few weeks ago . I want to buy a new , Milwaukee thing , but in 4 years we go back to Europe and off course , it would be nice if I can use and charge it there also .

Thx

Hans

Also, not really “TO my Jeep”. More of “FOR my Jeep”. A video of the roof winch system my boys and I built.

Well done. Mine is a manual hoist. Now I want to add a switch.

Installed a Lang roof hoist yesterday. The fasteners are junk, so I used better stuff. Other than that, it was pretty straight forward.

This morning I mounted 33" Milestar Patagonia
Hi Brian, if you don't mind me asking - why did you ditch the KO2 (?) tires that came on the Jeep and go to similar size Milestars?

Thanks,
Johnny

Changed the engine oil and both diffs.
I managed to turn the front diff lube change into a 40 minute job because I’m a moron. I was finding the best angle of attack to fill the diff and the little cone cap on the bottle came off and fell inside the diff. I had to pull the cover to get it.
