Just finished installing an all-black Steer Smarts track bar to mate with the recently installed Steer Smarts drag link and Rubi-length tie rod, all great products and work well with the top mount Fox 2.0 TS stabilizer, using Synergy's trackbar/stabilizer stud mount. Also installed the Rancho trackbar mount / steering support at the same time. It uses a different mounting design than Synergy's and fit perfectly-you could use just two fingers to slide the trackbar bolt through both the brace and factory trackbar mount. Really happy to report the front end is now quiet as a church mouse with zero noises when you bounce up and down or slowly go over speed bumps!

I originally thought the frame side factory trackbar support was misaligned as when I removed the OEM trackbar (only 1500 miles) the bushing was badly skewed to one side-turns out the trackbar ends were misaligned. Having thought the factory frame mount might have to be replaced, I read the FCA tech bulletin or replacement (which also involves removing the steering gearbox bolts) and it said in bold letters to discard the steering gearbox bolts and replace with new ones...So I ordered four new steering box bolts and replaced them when I installed the Rancho support.

I played with it on the ramp and forklift checking clearances. Man this thing has some long legs...

Really thinking about 39” BFG’s now but I hate to trim the pinch seam weld in the back. I’m a little OCD... hate drilling holes and cutting.

Not all today but finished the last of it. Started with the rugged ridge bumper and Smittybuilt winch. Then sourced some Rubicon take off sliders, springs, shocks, and tires locally from a few good guys. Super happy coming from bone stock and can’t wait to test out the improvements (hopefully not the winch) this weekend!

Thanks! I thought they were good, but not enough- I ended up installing the new KC Slim LED lights (7,200 lumen) on the A-Pillar and moving the LZRs (2,200 lumen) down to a winch plate light mount. Went on a night run and was blown away at how good the combo works.. like daylight.. I know it was a bit more to pay but I'm happy with them..

Those slim LEDs are super bright indeed! A buddy has them on his Keep. They go on forever haha.
I might have to save a little harder and step it up to something similar as well then. Doesn't help at the moment to have a 50% paycut till September :(

It looks like you’re doing it wrong...the lip of the ARC hangers should seat in exactly the same space occupied by the window glass, when the window is in the “up” position.
Thank you very much. I fixed it.
