It's the bracket that I fabricated for my side mirror when I have the doors off....What is that bracket on your cowl?
Forgot to post this a couple weeks ago. Finally got the Bestop Sunrider installed. This was a great add... we just love this thing.
finished this. looking forward to testing it in the morningno room in the garage, so I put a crane on the top of the shed on the side of my house...
need to figure out a hoist and then test it out. thinking the little 440lb electric from harbor freight should do the trick
Looks like a good choice! And she emerges transformed.
I learned something myself just two days after installing it.got mine on 2 weeks ago. Learned a few things already:
1. Always keep a hat in the car to keep my hair out of my
face
2. Close it before I back into the garage. It sticks up just,
high enough for my garage door to catch it. Haven’t
had a incident yet.
3. Latch both clamps or it will whistle.
You can/should pull those straps way tighter. It shouldn't have any sag. I learned after the first time I put mine on. Tighten the straps as much as you can so it stretches taught across the topNew JTops Sunshade came in today. Very happy with it!
