Weather tech makes them to fit the factory rock sliders.

Here is a product update on the mud flaps. The front one are fixed to the vehicle and are very secure. The rear one not so much. They didn’t survive the car wash. They are held on by two attachments points. The screws fell out and the c-clips broke in half.

Got up at 4:30 am, started my Jeep spa treatment at 5:30. (Was a good diversion from this insanity we’re in)
1) wash
2) dry
3) wax
4) treat all the black plastic
5) put protectant on twill top
6) clean the interior
7) had the wife complain the music was to loud for Sunday morning.
8) finish by cleaning the glass in the local Home Depot parking lot.
Job complete at 11:23
I need a nap

I washed the Wrangler Sport today and even ArmorAll'd the tires, and since its Philly, I kept a social distance with the neighbors and walkers-by. She needed it, hasn't been washed in months. I have a question for youse ( it's a word). I used to use ArmorAll the interior and the fenders on my TJ back in the 90's. But with the JL, I am not. Does anyone use a protective chemical on the plastic fenders and interior? This is a lease so the long term protective qualities are not really my concern. More of the look and cleanliness of it.

Does this count ?
With warmer weather coming I'm getting the rubi ready to be naked. Gotta have somewhere to keep things secured. Will post up more pics after install. Along with all the other pics I've yet to post. Credit card has been busy lately

Yesterday I mounted Adventure Lab Inner fenders (front), still have the rears to do. Pretty slick. Took a while to get, but very happy with them. I liked that they had cut outs for the King Shocks.

And today mounted up the 15 lb Power Tank. Had to do a minor mod to the mount bracket, given that I have the Rhino roof rack system - the roof rack and the power tank mount share mounting points, where the hard top bolts into the body. Basically had to trim back a mount point by a quarter inch. Works perfectly. Picture shows the mount point that required trimming (red) and the rhino bracketry (blue) that it interferes with. A quick cut, file to smooth, and paint...too easy.

I bought high heat paint, flat red but it turned out orange. Did 3 coats. Since it was orange, I painted over it with standard paint. I guess we will see how long it last.
