Awesome ..... I’m assuming that the lights are daylight running lights when not using turn signals, or are they just turn signals and stay amber? Also I have the Artec inner fenders and since they trim the plastic fenders back flush to the fender, that they should work, correct? Thanks , appreciate your time.
I don’t have drl’s setup on the fender lighting, but to answer your question- you can run them as drl’s and when the blinker is on, the amber lighting does not completely shut off, it just goes from its normal dim state to the brighter blinker.

Since you have to cut the stock fender liner flush to the body to install the bushwacker fenders, I don’t see any reason the artec inner fenders wouldn’t work.

Hope this helps!

How exactly does it anchor to the forward seat mounts? This is exactly the kind of setup I've been looking for, without paying insane amounts for the Goosegear one. Great work!
Thanks. I used a section of 1 x 3/16” bar stock which I drilled and tapped. I created a recess in the 3/4” plywood to capture the bar such that a bolt, when inserted through the 1/2” top layer of plywood, will grab the bar and pull it tight against the seat anchor brackets.

This has been an iterative process. I originally tried rivnuts, but the floor is so thin that it deforms when bolting to it. That’s assuming you can get a clean hole to mount the rivnut. I was batting 0.500 before abandoning that idea. :headbang:

Unfortunately I don’t have a very good picture, but you can kind of see the position of the bar stock in the photo below.

Is it just me or is that thing huge? I’ve seen some pics and the lighting is great but to me looks a little clunky
not really basically the same size as the cover it replaced, could be a little thicker. The iphone lens is a bit of a wide angle
I can measure it tomorrow

It plugs into the cig socket which you can move like I did to give me more or you could cut the plug and wire it into behind the panel

Wasn't worried about the power. I was wondering if the size of it would work with the Tuffy's lid in place or would they physically interfere with each other.

Gutted front fenders and put on the American Adventure Lab high line fender bracket and light. I bought their wiring harness too, and had zero light warnings on my dash and no hyper flash. Very plug and play.
Still awaiting front and rear fender liners from AAL, at which point I’ll also use their hardware kit for attaching the fender to body and get rid of the plastic clips.

My buddy said that without the fender liners, she “looks a little slutty, and I don’t mind.” Made me lol.

Once my fender liners are installed, front and rear, I think I’ll have my shop check to see if we can adjust bump stops and shocks to take advantage of the extra space.

Not very exciting, but I moved my light bar from on top of the bull bar to below the bar

I put these Teraflex brake line brackets on.....,

With RK suspension there is a lot of travel, and even though I was ok, my brake lines were close to maxed out at full droop, and since I’m going from 3”’ bump to 2” I thought it would a good idea.....

So thanks to @Rploaded suggestion I put these on.....

Only cost $ 20.00 for the pair.....Finally!..... a mod I don’t have to do 3 side jobs to pay for........:)
Looks great, glad I was able to help.

Did that go with the Jeep...:(...or did they make you strip all your decals before turning it in?
I don’t have my replacement yet, but I’ll need to take them off (will definitely reorder). I love that decal because it has the “those” which is correct from the book.

Stericycle has been incredibly sloooooooooow. My dealer wasn’t able to order or secure a replacement for me and then Punk’n was discontinued.

Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

After my dealer tried calling Stericycle (including calls to supervisors) with no luck, I went home and emailed Jeep executives asking for help. Desperate times call for desperate measures, right? A girl’s gotta have her Punk’n! I got a call at 8 am the next morning from the office of one of the executives! He had my order in later that day. I’m getting my Punk’n Recon soft top!:rock::rock::rock:

Now to take off the winch, etc. I’m still waiting to hear if I have to take the PSC kit out. I have been bugging the Stericycle rep for the past 3+ weeks. :please:
