That looks great. Can you please tell me about that look for the other key, looks really nice. Perhaps a link? Thanks so much! Nice set up!

@jeme

In the post you are referring to, that is a Threedom Model M fob.

Also pictured is a Threedom ""Micro" key holder that @bjm00se has attached a terrific looking leather key organizer to.. (Amazon has many "key organizer" offerings)

Threedom offers custom key holders for the JL/JT factory key. You can attach a leather strap, a lanyard, etc. of your choice to the key holder..

For our keyholder's go here:
https://mythreedom.com/products/key_holder

For Threedom fobs go here:

Hi John,

Yes, I used the threedom fob, and also the smallest threedom "micro" key holder

The leather key organizer I'm using is this one:

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B06XWRRQ6C?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details

Amazon has less expensive offerings, but they get mixed reviews; I wanted one that would stay closed without loctite, and this one seems solid.

I drove round-trip from San Diego to San Antonio without stopping to pick up Firecracker, premium-upper half doors from a member on here. Really looking forward to throwing these on!

Trips stats to get them:
Hotels: 0
Miles: 2541
Time: 36 hours and 58 minutes door to door
Bugs killed: All of them, I think

Well bought. I saw the same ad for those doors.

Been a minute since I updated. This week I got around to adding some small things.

First on the menu - I have had these interior windscreen glow panels for a bit, and Tuesday I finally got around to placing them. Initially I'd wanted them to be tied to a 12v source or to only come on with headlights on, but failing to find an easy way to do that, I just tied them into one of my aux switches. Simple enough and comes on with just a flick. Bit of cyberpunk/JDM racer flair, maybe out of place on a Jeep, but there's no mistaking it for my ride now!

On to the necessary mod - Monday afternoon I was involved in a minor scrape with local PD. Officer from the next town over determined I was not at fault, but in light of said event I thought it was high time to get a dash cam. Rexing V1P and an OBDII power adapter ordered on Friday, and installed without issue today.

Rearview cam isn't in a perfect location, but it'll work for capturing road conditions to my rear.

IMG20220918153615.jpg

Undid the screws holding the plastic covers to the roll bar and snaked the rear cam cable up.

Mounted a few inches low in anticipation of the interior lightbar I'll put in soon. Just need an SD card!

I run Rexings in all of my vehicles, has saved my bacon several times.

Installed my door holder in the garage so I can finally take my doors off. Took my doors off after😂😂. Also, installed my CMM mirrors. Drove around some today and they don’t vibrate at all. Rock solid!! I also installed some body glove seatbelt pads to keep the back seatbelts from making noise.

I have the mopar reinforcement hinge and mount in the location with a quick detach bracket that’s included with the whip. It comes on and off in less than a second and I run the wire to a cig lighter with a switch to the cargo area.

here is the whip:

Installed a Fox steering stabilizer. 100% difference. 10 minute job. Awesome. Should've done this a long time ago!

lol, your location kind of shocked me, I grew up in Gainesville and lived in Sherman for 15 years before moving to Florida.
