I have staun deflators you screw on which are preset. I believe they were the original which are now copied.
They are quality and are dead nuts accurate, set at 18 and I haven’t messed with them.
I have oem rubicon 33s. screw one on, then move to next tire unscrew cap and screw on deflator, move to next tire, etc. By the time I get back around to first tire it’s about ready to unscrew the deflator and put the cap on, so not super fast but fast enough.
The apex are the fastest but you have to break bead or remove tire to mount them on the wheels.
Thanks for that info. Very helpful!

John, you are right, they are not original to the Sahara, which comes with 18-inch five spoke ones that I actually liked. Last year I downsized to 17-inch Quadratec Hardrocks to give me more choices in tires as I replaced my OEMs with Mickey Thompson ATZ P3s. That has been a great combination.

These wheels, and several in the Quadratec line, are "inspired" by OEM designs with their own take on the ideas and modifications such as offset (these give a +10). For my needs, these are a great balance of a good price, excellent quality, functionality, and looks. They come in four color choices, all of which look great. I was torn between the Machined Black, Satin Black, Smoked Bronze, and what I ultimately chose, Gun Metal. All would have been great choices in my mind.
Thanks so much ObiMatt - do you have a lift and can you please tell me what size tires you put on those replacement rims? Thanks so much!

That is a very valid question. I think about 3 of them lined up perfectly with what I felt was the max pressure I should bring to bear. The other three went past the line, so I backed off just slightly to align them all. I probably could have forced them on around more to get them aligned, but didn't want to take a chance of cracking the fiberglass top. There was still plenty of pressure on each, and it required effort to back it off, so I'm going to monitor for any creaks/rattles/etc going forward. I just went off-roading all day yesterday with them, though, then had a 1 1/2-hour drive back home on various roads and I didn't hear anything making noise back there. The advantage of the rubber pad/spacer that comes with them is that it provides grip against the pressure, so I think I'm good. I was prepared to just have them off a little bit, but so far so all has been solid as a rock.
Would these work with the One Touch Sky Top - I do not think they do due to the removable back windows? Thanks

I also have the Stauns and they work great. They came set to 18 but I are more like 20psi but close enough.

I couldn’t believe it. The guy said his wife just had to have RGB headlights, LOL! I’m really trying to wrap my head around adding the halo wire, I’ve ordered a mopar harness for it but have no idea when I’ll see it. Trying to figure out what female pins I need at the headlight plug and bcm to do a DIY harness. I know it’s Molex MX-150 but I have no idea on what wire gauge it should be. If anyone has any insight, please respond!
Nice! What brand are they?

haha sorry. my tpms always says 18 (or 17 or something if more weight was on one corner and deflated more). When I looked at getting the Apex I thought, it probably doesn't matter how exact you deflate to... as long as it's the right ballpark? All it would take is experimenting the first time, then you know I just deflate from normal for 12 seconds or whatever it is:movember:
That's what I do when I inflate I just do like 1:45 a tire.

Installed a Tuffy console box.

Toss in a spare magazine and you'll be set. ;)
