Is that Rotopax carrier bracket bolted directly to the driver door?

Not 100% sure, but believe he may be using the MORryde mount: Jeep JL Driver Side Mount | MORryde. They make them for both sides. I may consider them at some point to use in conjunction with my RSE spare tire EZ Rack mount to spread the weight around.

On Friday I took my hardtop off and installed my rugged ridge shade I bought last year, Sunday I had to put top back on just in case it rained. I will be going back topless at the end of the week

I agree (and that MORyde mount is on my To Buy list ), but the angle of the photo makes it appear as though it's anchored to the door. Probably just an illusion.

Yeah, I wondered at first, too, as had never seen that mount. Have seen jerry can ones, which they also make, but not that. I like it as a slimmer option.

Installed Desert Does It Fixed Seat Jackers with molle panel today. Made a huge different for me. Also, toying the idea with a handgun mount on the molle panel. Perfect for longer trips when I don’t want it concealed on my belt. Out of general sight and reachable in a hurry.

Yep. Not the most ideal but beats carrying gas inside and it’s not one of those strapped to the spare tire.

Your oversized "Wrangler JL Shoes" reminds me of the oversized JL/JT factory fob..

No I don’t. However the biggest suggestion I can say is use 1/4” flexzilla hose 50’ will get you about 5’ extra for a 4 door. Don’t use 3/8” hose, the bulk is way more when rolling up for storage and cost more. It isn’t going to improve inflation times to be of value.

I ordered a 2.5”, 2” and 1.85” gage to compare sizes for the manifold I used. I kept the 2” but people might like the 2.5” for easier reading or want a digital.

I choose the expensive Haltec H-5265 standard bore lock on closed system air chuck at $12 each. But you can get 4 ARB style air chucks for about $18 for the set that also work. I just didn’t want the ARB style levers to complicate storage or get hung up on the soft flexzilla during storage. Just make sure they are close not open type. Open will leak air from other wheels when one gets disconnected.

Quick disconnects only the at manifold for each side of the Jeep. Should be able to see them zooming in pic.

T connections from simple hose clamps (fixed) at the front tires to reduce weight, cost and less assembly when it’s time to use the system.

Put the wheels & tires on yesterday. Want to give it some good dirt-time before deciding if I want to put the lift on as well.
