Installed new speakers in the dash. Made the other speakers sound like trash so buying more.
That Squatch badge is on @thegame81 ‘s 392.Hi, how's that 392 doing? Where did you get that Squatch edition badge? My grandson would love that on my Jeep. Oh have you been to that Bigfoot Museum in Blue Ridge, Ga? Only 1.5 hour drive from Chat.
I did it as per the install video on their site. After the 3 lights are fastened in the grill and the wire harness partially routed, I then split the red and black wires off. Red wire was routed and tapped into the passenger side turn signal wire and the black wire was routed and secured to a ground post screw near the battery. I crimped a ring terminal at the end of the black wire prior to securing it to the ground post.Just ordered these myself!
where did you wire your power? Do they work when it’s day time and night time?
My Maui Jim's have glass lenses.......Overland Outfitters Rollbar buddy installed. Intended to use it as a sunglasses holder plus misc items but it’s a very rough texture, I feel will scratch my sun glasses. I usually wouldn’t mind but took the forums advice and went with Maui Jim’s and they’re not cheap to say the least.
Looks great. So glad they finally have a version that works on trail camera equipped Jeeps. How difficult was it to get to the passenger side turn signal. The install video says you need to remove a fender clip. Is the clip reusable or do you have to buy a new one? (I’ve had a bad experience with those fender clips … and they are wayyyy overpriced.). Did you go with the clear or tinted lenses? Any pros or cons with one or the other? I like the idea of the tinted lense to keep things stealth, but worry about the lights not being as bright.
Today I installed the @ORACLElights pre-runner style lights (new 2022 version). I love the look!
Last week I installed the Mopar CHMSL (third brake light relocation) and prefer this over stock. I also installed the @ORACLElights rear bumper reverse lights which take the place of the stock red reflectors.
Here's a photo with the reverse lights on (stock and aftermarket). When reversing in total darkness the light output is noticeably multiple times better than stock alone. When looking out the back window the area is very well lit. When looking using the rear camera the screen shows full colour and detail rather than being grainy and dark as it appears with stock reverse lights only.
Most sunglasses I’ve owned that are polarized have a coating that Is prone to scratching unless Maui Jim’s have some different technology? My Maui Jim's have glass lenses.......
Nope, mine are polarized, no coating and glass. Most sunglasses I’ve owned that are polarized have a coating that Is prone to scratching unless Maui Jim’s have some different technology?
Not being smart, just curious, is this brand good and why? Thanks!Nope, mine are polarized, no coating and glass.
That is proper niceFinished my air chuck relocation project
Alright you've convinced me lol.Nope, mine are polarized, no coating and glass.
They are almost double the price of Ray Bans but I had never heard of them before this forum. Tried them on and they feel like they're floating on your face. My biggest gripe with glasses are how annoying they feel on the bridge of my nose but any version of Maui Jims i tried are so comfortable. Also they are known to have one of the best lens clarity. Not being smart, just curious, is this brand good and why? Thanks!
