Knocked a couple of more things out today... First up was getting the lights installed and wired up. Badge Glow's Aux Board is amazing!

No hood is complete without Redline Tuning Hood Struts... A little "shave" for the passenger side bracket.

Finally received the 5th rim that Discount forgot to order with my original order.

So installed my 35” spare. At 95 lbs which I thought wouldn’t be so bad - is a BITCH to lift up there!! I jerry-rigged some scaffolding to get it in place lol.

Out of interest, what is the OEM spare wheel mount rated at?

85 I believe - but some saying it’s not in the JL manual that it was a JK value.

Today , not only a day . I installed vector offroad element plate with rotapx .
This kit comes with license plate relocate system.

Tubular doors.

If wanting to add this mesh to the interior side of the doors, to change their overall aesthetic, how would one securely attach it? I'll consider all methods, invasive or not. TIA.

I'm a bit OCD but I think I would make cutouts for each of the 'openings' and try to find some flexible plastic U channel material (think window screens) and make frames around each panel. Then maybe zip tie each panel with minimal number of ties.

Lots of work but could be cool and a business if you aren't careful!

I'm sometimes mildly envious of the accessories that soft top owners can't install due to the presence of relevant door molding and folding frame hardware. This is one of those times.
