RC LCA skids (fit like crap, we’ll see if the weld survives first contact), figured out spacers for the winch brackets on my bumper, and had 37” KO2s mounted.

Wow that is bad!
I hadto tighten it up with another bolt off the Jeep to even get the shock bolt to thread.
Called RC this morning, and the tech guy said they oversized it to make sure it fits, promised to warranty it if I break the weld.

the weld came as a 90* fillet, I had to bend it a good 15*.
the bottom plate on this is a solid 1/8” plus bigger than the driver side

Which D44 rear skid would you go with? Shaved a cover bolt pretty good last weekend.

I like how the RC one glides forward and in reverse, but also liked MC because it’s not loading the cover bolts.

I have the rancho diff skids, they come with longer bolts. Haven’t had a problem, I’ve hit it quite a bit. Even snagged a root and it stopped me in my tracks , bout threw me through the windshield, but didn’t affect the diff at all.

So they made it too big to make sure it wasn't too small? That's some top notch engineering, right there.

Yup, at least thats what their tech rep said.

Might make sense if the driver side wasn’t half the distance closer.
