What did you do TO your Jeep JL today?

Repaired the damage from the Dusy-Ershim trail. Replaced the front driveshaft (tore the boot on the trail and we were pushing the limit on the rezpa joint). Bent the skid back into a less arched shape.

Off Amazon, Savadicar is the maker. Here’s a pic to help visually explain it as well. Inexpensive and super easy to swap out.

Thx but I’m a bit confused. They say 1pc but then show two pieces in the various pictures. A piece on the door and another on the door frame where it latches.
Edit: or are they just showing where it’s going to slide into the door?

How is the reception with the antenna in that location?

Have not really tested it yet. I get the weather channel with full signal but have not heard anyone talking in my area up here in the PNW. I am going to get the taller antenna in case this one does not work to well. I post back as soon as I do a test on it.

I see what you mean, but it’s not mounted in anyway on the door, simply showing how it fits once the door is closed.

Wired up my hidden antenna. The antenna sits high on the passenger side windshield on the front pillar. Reception pretty much the same. This was my first time unbolting my windshield and it was ridiculously easy. Only negative was my passenger sun visor broke by just twisting it out of the way dealer will have to replace under warranty.

Pretty cool. Looks like a great idea. I may give this one a shot too. Mine isn’t bad but I’m all for strengthening the tailgate.

Y’all gonna laugh at me, but I want a 392 hood so bad….. but can’t cough up the funds to buy one. So I designed my own temporary low profile scoop. Installed it this evening.

took it into the dealer for it's 30k service. went in with a low tire on the front left. asked them to not adjust the tire pressures (i run at 32). came out with the low tire still on the front left, meaning the lube tech didn't do the tire rotation. need to go back and bitch at the service manager.

makes me wonder how much of the rest of the service they didn't do.

Installed some Dee Zee brackets and a DIY shelf for light weight items. Added some LEDs under the shelf which do a good job; just need to tidy up the wiring and trim the trim to make it sit flush again.

These look great! Looks like you went with the 4-piece? Did you bolt in or use the magnet adapter. I’m considering the Oracles and interested in the magnet option.
