Mopar 2" lift on top of BFG 35's. Not as easy as the YouTube people make it look, but still pretty straightforward. Instructions are IKEA easy. Took about 4 hours total. Total lift height including the 35's is about 4", but expecting that to go down a bit once everything settles. Axles are perfectly centered, so not feeling the need for an adjustable track bar yet. Alignment tomorrow, then some serious wheeling at one of the local ORV parks once the rain stops to help get everything to settle down.

After getting caught in a rain storm with my tent and sleeping bag on my roof without a cover, I decided I should probably not do that...

I added a roof nugget cargo box to my roof rack. It fits the 2 door rhino rack pioneer platform kit from maximus 3 like a glove. I filled in the stock mounting holes with RTV and drilled new ones that lined up with the pioneer platform rails. Seems pretty secure. No flapping or noise when going down the highway at 75mph

Had a mild 2” lift and Falcon shocks installed today. Next up 35” MickeyThompson Boss A/T tires. That is IF they ever come off back order 🤞🤞soon. If they don’t I will be going to plan B tires.

Look at the 315/70/R17 it's the metric equivalent of a 35x12.5". The biggest difference is it's an E rated tire. I put a set on my 4xe over waiting out the 35" back order and couldn't be happier. Give DTT a ring.

And built another new draglink. This time i used 1” fk heim on one end because why not, and the other end i switched the pitman arm back out to a stock tapered one and used a tmr bent draglink end and rotated it the opposite direction to use on the pitman arm side to clear the track bar at full lock.

i just gotta say…Getting that pitman arm off was an absolute nightmare. Broke 2 pullers before it finally came off. Dont recommend it….

Going to the 315 size rating vs 35” size is my plan B. If those are BO too then back to my tried and true ATZ P3s

It is a lightly modified TerraFlex ST1 with 2” on the rear vs 1.5”. It also has slightly longer travel Falcon shocks then those that come with the standard kit. Lastly bump stop have been adjusted to maximize up travel potential without coil binding.

RTI on the before and after (sway bar disconnected) showed a fair improvement in wheel travel (due to longer travel shocks) with plenty of room left in the up travel for my soon to be larger tires on stock rims.

I can’t really judge ride quality yet because I don’t have the final tires at correct psi. As is with the stock KO2 (at 38psi which is to high paired with the shocks) the ride is firmer and handling feels more stable. Going to drop the KO2s psi to 30-32 cold psi and see what happens.

When all is said and done with lift and tires combined I will have slightly over 3” in height difference compared to a stock Rubicon (from mild frame to ground).

With my driving background and planned use this combination will adequately take me everywhere I want to go....well 90% the other 10% I will wait until the Jeep is paid down a bit LOL.
