That is a nice-looking bumper... I have a similar setup... the winch does not seem to affect airflow even on slow-moving rock crawling during summer...

There are so many bumpers out there its hard to pick I drive by the Collins Brothers a lot and look at their Black Mountain Jeeps they fix up and sale. This one caught my eye and looked on their website last night. Still looking. Wanted something different in a way.

No switches. I have looked at some simple mounting brackets online. These go right on Cowl. Hold one cube light. Not sure I need 2 cube lights.

I have a Collins Brother by me who make Black Mountain Jeeps. Was looking at this Black Mountain stubby bumper. OE fog lights work with it. Only thing about it is a winch placed on it kind of covers grill a lot taking away what I would assume air flow. Any thoughts about it?

You don’t need dbl lights, I wanted that particular bracket so I just had to play the hand dealt to me, lol. That bumper would look good on your rig. Don’t let the position of the winch worry you. You know I live just down the block from hell 7-9 months out of the year and I’ve never had a overheating problem, even wheeling around at a snails pace. Not even close. So get what you want, your rig will still be able to breath.

You don’t need dbl lights, Not up on all the Jeep slang. Those cube lights are dbl ??? That Black Mountain bumper has spots for 2 cube lights on top. WHY, don't I need dbl lights? Yea, I emailed Kevin the service manager and he said it fits. I have sent 2nd email asking does it fit without drilling etc. Waiting for his reply. I drive right by there a lot if needed can drop in.

Jeep surprised me...... when routing the wire I noticed they were anticipating this with a handy dandy little notch....

Anyway I tucked-n-tidy everything up, have to appease the OCD...........

My Bad. dbl means double. Hey I am ole timer. I noticed that same notch just the other day looking around for how to run in cab. On that 3rd pic. What is that big black bracket for ? It's the only clean part under your hood.

Really......... that’s where we’re going ...... .... busting my balls for a dirty engine.....
That bracket is my oil catch can.... I installed it to keep this from happening again.....

This happened because we were like this to many times...

But I think I bought the wrong one though, because I never got the 50 extra hp or the 25 mpg........
