Thanks for the info; very helpful. My first thought was that doesn't really make a big difference from just tossing the window onto the top. But then I thought of doing that in the rain and maybe snow, and I see the benefit.Yeah the window attaches the same way. Only thing that’s added is the two arms. They’re not hydraulic, so you have to lift it up a little higher, so the arms pop out and lock in place. The instructions required to little holes to be poked at the top of the window edges tight. The arms attach to the tailgate retainer with mounting brackets that slide in the retainer, no drilling required. The window is easily removable, only requiring two little clips being squeezed.
