No I didn't. Looking at their website looks like the bundle comes with the USB-A and the stand-alone comes with USB-C/Split-Tone.Were you able to get the recently updated version with USB-C and split tone capability? I received the updated version in the mail today and got it installed. Most of the repeaters in my area use split tones so I was excited they added it.
I’m not sure when they made the change but it was pretty recent.
$4600 to do the repair! Wow, you can probably paint an entire vehicle for that cost? How much of your JL did they paint? I wonder how many JLs have defective paint on the hinges and doors? Jeep bean counters will be busy with this. How long before they figure out its probably cheaper to do it right the first time and not have negative publicity? lol.I picked it up from the dealership after they did about $4600 worth of work to it. That is what the warranty work for them to fix the bubbles in the paint around the door hinges cost. They billed 33 hours of labor. Then drove it home in the beautiful Michigan weather.
Fresh out the body shop.
I'm liking that black satin grille insert. I just wish my Sport could accommodate the same. As it is, mine is a single piece, whereas you retain the contrast of the lime green on the perimeter.Added the matte hood decal. Came out better than I thought! Makes that green pop!
Thank you! The original grill was Gecko Green and I wanted to break up the green a bit with the black grill. The trim pieces really make it pop!I'm liking that black satin grille insert. For what its worth, I bought a bundle through Cooltech that Cooltech puts together with the radio, antenna, Cooltech antenna mount, and Cooltech mic mount. No I didn't. Looking at their website looks like the bundle comes with the USB-A and the stand-alone comes with USB-C/Split-Tone.
I would have been better off buying the components I used for about the same price and getting the additional features. Live and learn.
