Small world. I grew up shooting right-handed, but switched mid career i. the Army due to a dominant left eye. prefer firing handgun and shotguns with the right, rifles with the left. I'm an odd duck, I know.

Same here, so add me into the odd group of left-eye-dominant, right-handed folks.

New grille came in so I did the install. I really like the look of Recons, so I decided to do my own little touch. What you guys think? Next is a bumper to tie it together.

Installed my "new-to-me" TF spare tire carrier and replaced the crappy rusty Mopar tailgate bolts with new SS bolts that I sprayed gloss black. The bolts are also 1/2" longer than the ones provided by mopar. The mopar set only felt like they threaded in a few turns before being tight.

I would change out the grill and headlight inserts back to the original to give it contrast.
I recently did mine that way

Not a great picture but I was curious as to the weight of Jeep's Mojave knuckles vs Reids, the Jeep's weigh in about 3 pounds less than Reids. Mopar part numbers: 68477358, 68477359.

Is the price even comparable? The Mopar seems to be much more than the Reid's.

Take the white inserts from your OEM grill and swap them to the new satin black grill.
It's a bit of a pain to do at first. It's just a bunch of clips holding them onto the grill.
Somewhere there's a video on youtube that shows how to do it.

I too purchased my Infinitys from Crutchfield. They were on sale at the time, and the included (and necessary) adapters and the MasterSheet were free, so that put them well ahead of Amazon (which normally does have a lower price for the speakers themselves.)

The wiring adapters had reversed polarity, which I had to fix, and the speakers did not sit flush in the factory dash recesses sans a bit of trimming. Both items were brought to Crutchfield's attention. Subsequent posts from forum members experiencing the same issue with the same adapters suggests that Crutchfield is in no hurry to address the polarity issue.

Otherwise, though, the improvement in sound quality is remarkable.

I got my fronts from Crutchfield. When I decided to go do the knees, Amazon was far less expensive, and just ordered the adapters from Crutchfield. Best of both worlds.

unfortunately my inserts aren't white. they're the same color as the fog surrounds

Did you paint the wheels yourself?

Got the rims second hand... they were already painted all black but a lot of paint chips...I sanded the the paint of the lip and repainted the black... It's a short term fix for now... just to pretty her up for my daughter's prom night...I am thinking about powder coating them this way later on....
