Installed a Sky One Touch on my wife’s Jeep. Off Duty Supervisor approves! On the fence about the color, I see paint in the future.

Did quite a bit of functional and cosmetic stuff to my Sarge Green 2021 JLU80:

•eliminated ridiculous plastic air dam/skid plate (first day!)
•LED bulbs (headights, fog lights, DRL)
•clear LED side markers
•rear tire ring brake light
•tinted front windows (legal 30%)
•rear hitch
•vent shades
•front air deflector (lots of highway driving)
•gas cap cover
•door sill guards
•door lock covers
•center console organizer
•K&N cabin filters
•lock nuts

still need/waiting to do:
•13” stubby antenna
•rear tailgate hinge cb antenna mount
•hitch light wiring kit

*shout out to melendez69 for his donation, and MG618 for • some great stuff

Well, I had to make a road trip to get it and the Sport might not have the wires to get it to work so we brought hers. I don’t think she will let me take it off now! Well maybe just to get it painted, 😆.

Getting a light bar on my wife’s Jeep in a couple weeks, along with many other things. Question is how are people running the wiring? Zip tires, black hose or drill into and through bumper? We are having the bumper Linex Ed.

Put some Rubicon take-off wheels on my 2021 Sport. I know..... I'm an engineer, I dig the OEM look but the steel wheels weren't doing it for me. Rubicon wheels, way better looking on the Sarge Green than the Sport or Sport S wheels.

Thanks to @FLjeeper for first dibs on Rubicon wheels with only 35 miles on them before they hit the marketplace. Shout out to @Discount Tire for hassle free tire mounting, balance and install. My OEM AT tires fit on them perfect.

It came out great! Looks like a completely different Jeep.

I've been wishy washy about the color on my rash rings. First Onyx, then Rustoleum Plasti-dipped red, then Onyx and now painted Regal Red. I like how it turned out. Close to the red on the Rubicon sticker and Jeep Badges. I also swapped out the original hex bolts for allen button head style. The wheels are AEV Borahs.

I hope and pray those are rated bolts and not just some stainless steel bolts from Lowes or home depot...

Dude, that's awesome! I say run with it - paint the fenders red to match.

You're gonna love that top by the way!

"On a side note Amy and I used the Sunrider ..."

Rob,

We bought one of the first JL Sunriders when they first came out and have had issuse with gaps and wind noise since new. We drove 450 miles with our Sunrider top closed yesterday and the wind noise is very bad on the drivers side. Not a pleasant experience. Trying to figure out if it is the Jeep has the issue or the Sunrider. Is there very much wind noise on yours? Thanks
