It looks pretty damn good without the lift. Very nice!Got Stek paint protection film bar all on 90% of the Jeep.
I’m planning on getting the Mopar lift installed in the next couple of week. I love how aggressive it looks.
will I lose the aggressive look with the lift?
I took it for a test drive around the block and it feels a little bit looser...I kinda like it. I'll drive around with it for a while to get a better feel for it, but I do like the Fox a little better... I just didn't like it hanging low.any noticeable difference in steering feel?
The weights seem backwards to me.Valvoline 75w90 in the rear with mopar friction modifier. 75w140 in the front they each take about a quart and a half
I read some of the diff fluid threads and maybe I'm wrong but that's what others were using. I looked up the manual and I used the wrong fluid for the frontThe weights seem backwards to me.
Sure are. And more importantly my old ass can use them as a step! Are the rock sliders just as strong with the windows down, as they are when they're up?
Wet shavers are going to think you're advertising Barrister and Mann's shave soap of the same name... It's always sold out. Finally made it official and named my JL "Leviathan". Commemorated this by installing some @pixeldecals lettering on the hood. Reflective dark gray with a lighter gray outline. Super smooth install, just got take your time (only 1 slight mishap on my part as one of the letters got folded up on itself a little bit. Oh well, no big deal - I'll see if I keep it as-is or order another one to replace it).

Perhaps the vendor, and/or manufacturer, might appreciate being made aware of how the installation is compromised on the JLUDs. Just a thought.Worked on the JLUD installing the the LoD destroyers, and had a major issue to overcome. There is a welded pin in the rear body mount on the diesel that is not on the regular JL. Made for a long afternoon with a mini cutting wheel to allow this to slide up in the mount.
Those exact speakers are due here today or tomorrow. My wiring adapters are on backorder, also. I ordered from Crutchfield via their Cyber Monday promotion. My dash speakers came in today but the Metra speaker wire adapter is b/o. Oh well I guess I'll have to stare at the box.
