I wired up the halo rings in the headlamps, the halo rings of the fog lamps, and the white switchback, into a dedicated daytime running light (DRL) circuit.
Power for the DRL leeches off the 20 amp heated seat circuit in the fuse box with a micro 2 fuse blade tap.
The wires were brought in (and back out) through the firewall using the small pencil-sized hole in the rubber grommet behind the glove compartment.
The wiring took a short hour. Getting the wires through the firewall took a long day.
The lights in the picture comprise the DRL - taking power on the accessory circuit, and turned on/off via a dedicated switch on the inside panel.
