Keeping up with theme of removing shit, I went to clean the Jeep after a week of playing in the sand. Sand and wetness was everywhere. So what did I do?

Removed all the carpet. Other than a problem split in the rear (under the bench and thankfully out of sight), everything came out fairly simply.

I replaced my floor mats (I assume that’s fine?) and will be looking into other solutions. For now, gotta get some cleaner for the carpet to hopefully forestall any mildew.

I'm interested to know if you are having issues with excess heat from the floorboard. Been thinking about pulling my carpet out.

Someone on here makes vinyl for wheels so you could try that and see if you like it.

I ordered some vinyl today. Didn’t think of orderIng precut.

I have the plastic bumper with the factory leds ,but have plastic tabs are too big and don’t fit the bracket and they don’t come apart like the non-leds one.

I just did the same install. You don't use the bracket with the factory fog lights from the plastic bumper.

Got my BR Warlords mounted on 37s. Added the dv8 spare tire delete with camera and dv8 front bumper.

Missed out on a $250 Rubicon front and rear OEM Mopar STEEL bumper SET. Yes you read that right, $250 for both... Sucks when you are too slow.

Had BFG KO2's 315-70-17 mounted yesterday on the stock wheels. Added led headlight and foglight bulbs along with Quadratec floor mats throughout. I'm thinking hard about buying a Mopar lift and installing it myself.
