Take them off if u don’t like it put them back it’s just a sticker. Or leave them but change the colors to give it some personalityI am really warming up to removing all the emblems and badges.

So what went, the Falcon SS or FOx Shocks LOLI had the Falcon steering stabilizer on with Fox shocks...OCD kicked in and I had to make it right!
@Mikeyut3
You can actually buy smoked/dark to replace those two reflectors. Most guys have to pull the bumper to install them though. Alternative to that and way way less expensive is to just plasti-dip them black. Easy to do and takes little time. Geeeez, I even plasti-dipped by NYS, EZpass.. 8-)
yea plasti dip works fine also I just like paint better@Mikeyut3

What hood decal is that?Took a leap of faith today.
On my 2020 Rubicon the only thing that is gloss black is the grill.
All the other black articles are matte.
I could either have it sprayed or buy a new mopar satin grill.
I was willing to sacrifice this grill if I messed up.
But I like it so far.
Chrysler uses a very hard clear coat so I decided to try something new.
Step one .
Purchase 4 grades of steel wool,
Zero through 4 zero.
Tape of white so as not to touch.
Start with zero wool and lightly start Omni direction degradation of gloss black. That took about 90 minutes of elbow grease.
Next up repeat with double zero.
I used a leaf blower to continually clean powdered clear coat off.
Double zero took about an hour.
All this without removing grill from car.
Had other errands to make today so I will finish the next stages next weekend.
When complete I plan on spraying with clear matte acrylic.
The details of running steel wool over the grey inserts were fine as the paint took the abrasion and the resin inserts were not affected.
Here’s some pics thus far.
Will post again after I spray.![]()

Every now and then I hear rumors of people finding a $30,000 piece of Aquamarine up there. Of course it's always a friend of a friend who was just scratching in the dirt next to the trail.Just some quartz pieces.
The Falcon SS. I had the Falcon 2.2 shocks....but switched to the Fox. Falcon's seemed to ride more rough to me.So what went, the Falcon SS or FOx Shocks LOL
