Finally got the HiLift jack installed. Now hopefully I'll never need to use it :)

We were thinking about mounting on the tailgate as well. With the added weight from your jack, tire, gas can - do you have any concern for the tailgate/hinges?

Hardtop! Swapped my soft top for hard top. With the tent I'm not going to be opening my top anymore, and the wind noise was quite loud with the soft top on.

I did unload some camping gear out. But the change was swapping to a hardtop. I do need to get slightly longer springs for the rear from Metalcloak.

Metalcloak Gamechanger 3.5", but I had that before already.
Fyi, I am running the 3.5 gamechanger on mine. Loaded for outback trips it sat down and was bouncy in the rear. Perfect on highway empty. I ended up replacing the rear springs with rock krawler 4.5 springs. Now loaded with all my gear, no bounce and it doesn't squat great ride Empty, it rides great as well. Worked well for me.

Have dad those Tufskinz for almost 2 years (but the black with red). For me, I never took off the sticky backing so they could be easily removed for easy cleaning when needed. Perfect friction fit has been enough to keep them sitting flat and looking good to this day.
Same here ... I never took off sticky backing so I could remove them easily if coffee got on, and or under them.

I occasionally, take them out and wash gently with soap an water and pat dry.

IF they just have dust, crumbs on them, etc. I hit them with a quick blast of air from my air gun.

Should mention that even though not stuck down with the backing tape they never move around or blow out of the cup holder.

These liners are made with a foam material. Made in USA / Daytona Beach Florida. Thick, heavy, do not melt or shrivel/bend in the Summer heat. Cheapy ones do melt, shrivel/band and blow out of the cup holders easily.

My Tufskinz are over 2 years old, have 36,000 mi. use .... lots of coffee fueled miles and they still look as new.

Just added a Rancho Front Diff Skid. This thing is pretty stout. Should protect my drain plug for sure.

Nice! I have the full set of Rancho glide plates too.

You may need to check those nuts though. They don’t appear to have enough threads coming through. On one side it looks like it’s not even flush with the nut. Did you tighten to the specified torque spec?

You can see how much mine protrude:

Normal folks cruise around with Coffee, a Soda, or Energy Drink. Bern is ever the sophisticate and uses his cupholders to carry his red blends to his destination.

Maybe I'm just missing it, but what benefit do you guys see with these?

Not that many benefits...

Cosmetic - Look good in there

Foam (thick) elevates soda can, coffee, etc. so moisture ... wet can / cup bottom is not so much an issue.

Cans rattle less. Quieter.

Fair play. Aside from the wife's Forrester, this is the most modern vehicle I've ever owned, so I wasn't sure whether the holders had some deficiency straight from the factory.

@JP29
ALSO, lighted cup holders in console distract me when driving long distant, night driving on the interstates which I do a lot. These foam inserts are pretty thick so they block some of the light coming out of the cupholder LEDS. So, I can still see where I'm aiming / planting my coffee container but not blinded by the light.
