In all seriousness, a K&N filter is the last filter I would ever put on any vehicle. Project Farm on YouTube did a comparison and it was scary how bad they performed.
Yep, saw that same Project Farm. That dude is very thorough with all his testing. Was definitely an eye opener!

Stuck inside #Safeathome and working. But had some fun today

#1 - Future project for my JL not going to spill the beans on what it is until my new Filament arrives and I can print in in black. (Feel free to guess)

I'm going to guess that it is a camera mount for the dash

I thought I bought it because it didn't look so angry. I think it's just the angle of the shot. But, in the picture, it looks angry. Maybe it doesn't like the cold rainy weather.

Got the hitch+wiring harness from Quadratec

https://www.quadratec.com/p/quadratec/premium-2-receiver-hitch-jeep-wrangler-jl

Install was pretty straight forward but tedious. I followed the quadratec mopar install video() to make sure I ran the wiring correctly through the firewall etc.. Not exactly the same but close enough. I think the whole install took about 2 hours and only $150!

I let the dealer do it. I got them to add it in when I bought the JL. Any electrical problems they own it. The last thing I want is the dealer to say any electrical problem is due to my wiring job. The warranty goes right out the window!

Smittybilt Gen 3 XRC Rear Bumper. Need to finish wiring the reverse LEDs to the Voswitch JL200 (too bright to attach to reverse leads).

How much did the dealer charge?

I agree. I'll guess that the 18's had more issues, the 19s started to see transition to a new box and maybe the 20s are fixed? I will be looking into the P/N next, to see if there's an option.
Circling back to this, any luck with a new P/N for an '18? I've still got a pull/drift to the right on mine after numerous trips to the dealer, track bar adjustments, alignments, etc. Tried to convince them to order me a new steering box last time but no such luck. Might go for the brace to see if it helps
