I had to run a ground strap from a metal part of the body and attach it to the tailgate before I was able to get a good SWR. I was in the 5’s before that. Now I am at .75 and 1.0.

I can’t get my needle to move at all, even with the “set” dial, no readings at all.

Just purchased this sweet ride for my wife! So far she loves it. I had the dealer install the Mopar 2 inch lift with 35s prior to picking it up and couldn't be happier.

    GREAT!

now, get that silly wire antenna of it and put on a stubby. Tell your wife that “long but thin ain’t nearly as good as short but thick.” She will understand immediately.

Mounted the aluminum Rival 4x4 bumper. Looks awesome, aluminum makes it so light, and quality is top notch. Also added a Warn 10s to go with jt20191224_172208.jpg

Ok, so officially one of the best looking stubbies I’ve seen for the JL.

I see what you did there...enlightening. I did (and do) like the Brawlee; the wiring to the dome light is convenient, it's discreet, etc. It's less expensive, but there were concerns about flickering (just a random few). I wanted quick & dirty & I didn't feel up to futzing with wiring. But the Brawlee is definitely worth a look-see.
