No problem, do you still have factory driveshaft?
Yeah i still have factory one, at least till the cv rips lol. Ill let you know if i feel any vibration or anything with mine. I was curious about that when swapping to one like adams since they say the pinion angle needs to be inline with the shaft

I think they’re talking about the rear shaft. The front has that cardon joint at transfer case, so it can handle more angle. I don’t think mine is that bad of an angle.

The rear would have a cardon also, but it is energized all the time, the rear pinion should be as close to inline with the driveshaft as you can get it. This is even more evident on a 2 door.

Angle looks fine to me as well. I was just reading a bit on them with the cardigan can be at an angle but the pinion ujoint should be inline or as close to it. That puts caster too low in my opinion. So if its feeling just fine in your opinion i dont think it is bad for it, but im no driveshaft engineer.

Yeah, I’d rather feel the light hum in steering wheel than fight wandering from to little castor for sure, what I’m feeling is really light and I just had it up to 80 took hands off the wheel and it didn’t budge, wife was impressed after she yelled at me to slow down...........:)

What angle should the pinion to drive shaft with Adams be? 2 degrees too much?

I just lifted my rear an additional 2” (Jeep don’t get sassy just because I live in CA,) i need to recheck the pinion angle.

Rear is typically 1-3 degrees 2 should be good. Allows for upward torque movement upon acceleration

Admittedly a bit overkill for a Sahara and a few days late, but I finally got my jeep lifted after picking it up last November. Metal Cloak lift with some falcon shocks underneath. All smiles driving this thing around for the last week. Now on to bumpers and emptying the rest of my bank account.

How do you like your roam rocksliders? I’m torn between roam or ace rocksliders.
Im torn between those 2 as well. I just installed rubi take off sliders and now im torn between roam or ace. I can not decide on which to choose.

Im also considering LoD. So many options. :headbang:

Convert my third brake light to smoke lens and LED, installation is plug and play. I like the overall look of smoke grey than red.

You can get this from Amazon for about 30 bucks, search "omotor led 3rd brake"
