Fedex delivered, and I installed the @Bestop safari top. Installation was straight forward (30 min w/hand tools). I took it for a test drive, and I'm very happy with the choice.

CON: Decreases airflow on hot days. (but blocks this TX sun)
PRO: Decreases airflow on freezing days.

CON: Blocks the view of the sky.
PRO: Blocks the view of rain.

It's quieter than the mesh tops I've tried (Spiderweb and JTops), and does not flap at all.

Had it clean again for a short period of time. Added Tuxmat floor liners which is hands down the best coverage of any mats I've seen especially the rear. I also added front rokblokz which was a complete PITA to get to line up and bolt in. If I ever actually need to take them off they wont be going back on easily if at all. Mine must have been a fluke since I see praises everywhere and once installed I do like them. There's a 3rd tab on mine that wouldn't let the flaps slide up to bolt in flat.

OK, now that I am out from the rock I must have been under, (as I have never heard of, or seen Tuxmat floor liners) have to say I like the looks of those floor liners. Are they easy to wash off? Will mud and snowy shoes wash up good? They look like they go quite a bit higher up the center console in the front, I like that. Are there any negative marks that you can see? thanks

It's a Canadian company and I think it's better known up there. I stumbled across them when spending hours searching for a decent mat. Looking at all the other brands I hated the lack of side wall height where I naturally lean my feet and the fact that no brand had any rear coverage.

They are soft and not hard and slippery/plastic feeling like some of the others.
Fit is pretty good. They come with clips with tabs/velcro to help hold down the edges.
They are rubberized and washable but they might be a pain to pull out without making more of a mess. I'd vacuum/wipe out and not actually remove for cleaning (simply because of the only con I have)

The edges come all the way up to the door sill. This is great but potentially bad. I put the mats in and as soon as I went to get inside my shoe caught the mat and folded it down.

This picture was straight out of the box and into the Jeep. The side by the gas pedal in this pic went up against the edge and tucked in with a trim clip after the picture was taken. I didn't have the clips with velcro on the sill yet which is where my foot obviously caught. Velcro held it down after the fact but my con is I worry if removing to clean you'll end up ripping the double sided tape off the trim instead of it undoing the velcro.

I expect with some sunny days and time it'll rest anyways. worst case scenario is I will use some high quality velcro to attach along the sill point. I plan to do armorlite if they come out with the complete 2 door kit anyways but I honestly do love the mats and am glad I got them over the others.

My JTops doesn’t flap at all, but I also have it very tight. It does well in light rain.
