Did not take photos during. Took two full days for me and a buddy. No hidden surprises but it pays to study their instructions. This is a quick pic in the garage with 315 tires.

I still love those wheels. I think 315's are the perfect size for a 2 door. Very nice!

Finally got the C3 rear cover and got it installed for the pup.

Put on tailgate reinforcement & added a table

fyi the bolts with the RC kit are too long & affect the table going on so get some that are .5” shorter

The table has a light on it that wants an always-on power source, and there’s access to one under the jack there if you pull that plug out & have the towing package. But I decided to keep going to the drivers side & use the 12v outlet there instead, it’s less exposed/higher up and there’s a simple harness to plug in there, should have it Monday (unnecessary I know but w/e)

I had a Trektop NX, but went back to the hard top. My goal is to go as long as possible with the top off, so I ordered the extended safari this time.

While the temperatures are in flux but I still wanted to get the top off, gunna try this configuration for a while. Freedom Panels on, doors on, back of top off with Tonneau cover on. Can easily take freedom panels off and store them in back. Not totally weather immune but should make it tolerable and give me some options.
