I have 2 of these. One on driver side and one on passenger side. I keep light weight stuff in them as I am afraid the weight would pull the plastic that the molle bag attaches to from the seat back (know problem). Anyway, I keep a waterproof seat shield , color black....(see link below) in each bag and some other light things as I mentioned..
The Molle Bags look good and do the job... No, no pics at hand of them installed in my JL.
I used to have a molle panel that I had attached to my JK tailgate that came with various bags to attach to it and after selling the JK I had them sitting around for a few years until I purchased the JLR and so they came in handy for the backs of the seats. I originally had extra shackles and such in them but the weight proved to be a no go! They started to pull the plastic seat backs holding them down revealing the cavity of the seats so I took out anything that was excess weight and now store them in my Tuffy tailgate lockbox. There was another poster who had the same issue and he said that the screw had been missing at the bottom of his ...I haven't checked if this is my issue because I could easily remove anything heavy and just pull the seatback into it's original location. But be aware they can slide down with too much weight. Sorry no pics but will add some after I get out there and give her a wash today....she's been pretty piggy for a while and I figured I give her a good coat of wax seeing as the colder weather is coming.
I wish Jeep hadn’t tried to get cute with the seat panels. It isn’t really true MOLLE patterned so it doesn’t line up with all attachments. Plus the weight issue.
It’s a shame because I think the placement is fantastic.
Well, glad I asked. I did not know about the weight issue. I have two first aid kits that I was thinking about mounting there but….. with a 2dr it might be difficult to get to the kit if an injured person is in the seat.
In larger bag- winch controller, soft shackle and pair of gloves. In smaller bags- flashlight & battery and battery charger. They are Blue Ridge Overland bags.

I have 4 of these Warn Molle bags in total, one on each seat back, two on the tailgate table.
Seat back ones have things like winch controller, flashlight, Jeep toolkit, a knife and a few other things I can’t remember right now. Tailgate table ones have air up/down tools and hose.
