I have a 2020 Wrangler Willys with the 3.0 Diesel. How can I determine what axles I have. I want to do gear oil changes on it.
Any help is appreciated!

3.73 Axle Ratio, the same found on the Rubicon EcoDiesel. 4.10 axle ratio for Rubicons are for petrol engines.

most dealers after you buy your jeep they email you a build sheet. (window sticker)

it will tell you what kind of traction control / differentials / etc.

I actually bought the Jeep used--it had 700 miles on it

Thanks--this worked!! My window sticker says I do have the Anti-spin differential rear axle!
Sorry--one more question--the anti-spin differential-does it require the friction modifier?

You can also simply look underneath the Jeep and visually ID the axles.

TLDR; Dana 30 looks almost like a square, or hexagon, with straight, vertical sides. Dana 35 is almost a perfect oval (longer horizontally than vertically). Dana 44 also has a hexagonal shape with straight vertical sides, but has a noticeable "hump" on one side of the diff; the 44 is not symmetrical, with the 7-o'clock and 11-o'clock (left) sides being steeper, and the opposing sides (right) being shallower.

This is the quickest way to really tell what you have when you buy a used Jeep, as the owner may have swapped axles. You can also look for number stampings on the axle, but they can be hard to find.
