What are the thoughts about the MOPAR Sun Bonnet?

I have the version that uses the door surrounds as well and a cable for tension. Used it once and never again. It really ballooned up over your head and felt like it was going to rip off. The center strap didn’t line up with the lights on the sound bar either.

Mainly I don’t like the snap head bolts it uses in the back. Getting it tight in the back is not all that great. It connects to snap buttons you add but again I don’t feel like I can really pull down the straps. Also it looks like there no straps for the rear bar in the middle. It will flap there without a doubt.

The cheaper rampage one works well but will flap some with no doors on. It has rear straps for the rear roll bar in the middle but no center straps for the sound bar.

perhaps this version works better as long as you can tighten the straps down.

i always prefer to stick with OEM Mopar parts but i think the two piece sunshades offered by Alien, Spidershade and Shadeidea are much better looking imho..
