What are people using for stock steel bumper bars? light mounting?

Hey everyone, I was looking into bars that mount directly into the steel bumper for my Rubicon so i can mount some lights, the Mopar one barely clears my Warn 10-s winch and I am constantly seeing taller ones. What are you running? please include pics!

I like the idea but I guess I am more looking to keep the stock bumper and just add a bar mount for lights. But it is lame how you cannot really stress those bars since there are only a few bolts holding them in.

Sorry, I posted the wrong link (fixed now). The ones in my post above fit the Rubicon steel bumper.

I started with a warn bar.. just replaced it a couple months ago with this Maximus3 stinger. The Maximus comes with additional brackets that mount to the frame for extra support.

The Warn basically blocks off the hooks. It started rusting pretty quickly on the welds. (Florida) no extra support.

Oh my gosh this is perfect! I plan on mounting these lights to it! MN gets the salt so good to avoid any rust prone attachments!

I have the Mopar 82215351 Winch bar and the Warn VR10S. I have no clearance issues.

Do you have a different winch carrier/plate setup? The warn which carrier pushes up the winch up and it touches the top of my winch with the Mopar bar.

I'm using the WARN 101255 plate (carrier). It has about 1/2" clearance in height, but sits out in front of the winch anyway.

Does that new loop say it's for the JK? I figure the bumper is the same? did you select the centered for winch?

It's for the JL . I don't think they are exactly the same . My winch is centered. Not sure what you mean .

Edit.. I'm using Rusty's winch plate. No issues

Was totally looking at the JK one by mistake! Thanks for your help, that setup is perfect! Ordered yesterday!

Worked out Great! Did you mount the reinforcements for the bar? or just use the 6 bolts?

I’m adding KC FLEXTM LED10” ARRAY LIGHT KIT no drilling, just bolts on the holes in the bumper. Will sit just in front of the winch and provides excellent trail light. I may add a couple KC LZR’s at the pillars later.
