What all year TPMS work with JL?

Have a guy wanting to buy my stock JKRU wheels, and wants to know if the tpms will work on his 2010? I've looked all over, but cant find a definitive answer. From what I have found, Jeep changed them in 2013? Says 2013-2018 JK and JL are the same, but that's just from vendor sites selling tpms.
Anyone know for sure? Thanks!

You’re selling JK or JL wheels?

If you’re selling JL wheels, it’s unlikely the TPMS sensors will work on his 2010 as the older JK’s use a more basic TPMS system.

JL, just noticed my op says JKRU tho. He has a 10 jk, selling him my 2018 JL Rubi wheels.

Yes that will not work. He will need new sensors.

They changed the JK sensors in 2012, and then again in 2014 if my memory is correct. Your sensors will only work in 2014+ JK models.
