Well good observations but the problem is, my friends should have bought a Jeep to come to the mountains instead of complaining they had a hard time getting to the top

If they did make it there in those cars, they certainly don't need the capability of a Wrangler. If they like luxury and refinement, there is an ever growing list of SUV and "crossover" vehicles that would get them there comfortably without stress.

All that money invested and the first thing you see when you look out your window is someone looking back from theirs?

The real question is, what’s the mystery car on the left side of the pic? And why was it cut out of the photo? Not expensive enough to warrant being included with a JLUR, a Bimmer and Jag? Too large to fit in the frame? Undermined the OP’s point? Is it even a car? Is it possible that aliens landed moments before the photo was taken, disappeared, and wiped the OP’s memory but forgot to check the photo, leaving one piece of evidence? Or was the car/UFO cut out of the photo for national security concerns? Or some other reason?

My guess is that it’s a 2014 Chevy Malibu... and the driver is a CIA agent who was concerned about revealing his location and requested it be cropped out. The following image was taken from Google images and depicts a 2014 Chevy Malibu:

The UFO theory just seems silly.

Are you referring to the neighbor’s house being close? Or the parking area right by the front steps? If the latter, there’s probably an excellent view on the opposite side of the house. This is probably the back of the house, where CIA agents park. The neighbor’s house is probably a safe house with cameras in every window.
