What’s everyone using to keep your plastic fender flares black?

Had mine ceramic coated. My detailer is coming over today cause he didn't like the way the fenders look. Don't get me wrong they are shiny and black but he's a perfectionist . I'll let you know what he is using.

Thanks. Mounted RSE step sliders yesterday and i figured they’d match more in color. Don’t get me wrong, love the look, but figure maybe my fenders need some talc. I know they’ll never be jet black.

I don't have my new Jeep yet, so I haven't tried it on the Wrangler fenders, but I've used Aerospace 303 on the black plastic exterior parts of my last 2 cars with good success.

I have been using 303 on mine and turtle wax ice on my daughter's. Both potions work visibly equal. I tend to like the turtle wax ice more because I can use it on metal and plastic.

Through the years, I've used a good number of trim restoratives. None of them lasted nearly as long as the promises on the label. I eventually discovered Black Again. It's a pro product that is now available after being off the market for a few years. Recommended without reservation.

Left: original product, circa 1995, carefully preserved. Used on my YJ.
Right: product currently sold after its reintroduction.

Excellent Youtube series. This episode is on the black fenders.

Another vote for Turtle Wax Ice, although I haven't tried any of the others. I use it because i can use it on everything - metal, fenders, hardtop, handles, etc. It keeps things easy - which means I'm more likely to do it. 2+ years so far and everything still looks great.

For black plastic, I am a big fan of WipeNew. It lasts the longest out of all of the products I’ve used.
