I’d trade mine in if I could get one with 75 miles of electric range on 1 charge

You need this.Already on my second JL but I'm keeping this one unless they release a 6-7 seater option like their concept. We are a family of 6 which makes the JL hard to use in a number of instances, especially offroad trips.
Yeah lots of mods and it would be a pain to strip and go back OEM but could be done. For me... gotta really want to change. But I would if it was a significant upgrade. Being a 2dr guy, I doubt the opportunity will ever come.I want the diesel bad but there's no way I'm going through building another jeep after everything I've done. Plus I have the unlimited mile extended warranty on my 2018 and I can't transfer it or anything, so I've just planned to keep my jeep seemingly forever.
Per rr4w.com/ratings.cfm a 9 trail requires a minimum wheelbase 100"Long wheelbase 2-door for sure. Especially now that the 2 door Bronco is out and is ~10 inches longer than the 2 door Wrangler. That extra storage space is amazing.
See above.I actually don’t want the 2dr wheelbase to increase. It’s to big now. They make the 4 dr for those who need more room etc. if you need bigger or faster I think you need something else. IMHO.

My buddy owns one of them Mercedes-Benz Sprinters. In 1.5 years they’ve owned it, they had to get towed three times already. This is the vehicle for you.
I’m waiting on the day it craps out on me lol. It’s just over 80000 miles without issue. But it’s probably a ticking time bomb. I hate how you engage 4wd, you pretty much have to be rolling and 4wheel low is even harder to engage. And the ac blow wherever it feels like blowing that day, defrost, vent or floor. My buddy owns one of them Mercedes-Benz Sprinters. It is always the electronics, which govern everything; even the 4WD.
Last winter they had to wait 16 hours for Mercedes Roadside Assistance to fetch them from Coos Bay, Oregon. Thankfully, they have an onboard heater hooked up to a diesel generator that prevented them from freezing to death.
My Sahara next to their Sprinter, camping last year in Canada’s Cariboo country
Yep going from the JLU to the TJ is like driving a go cart.Yep, the JL is already long wheel base. Going from a TJ to an JL is a big jump in every dimension.
Does the purple have metallic flakes??Have a purple one ordered now because my wife has been wanting that color for years. Going to trade in our black (her 2nd choice for color) 80th Anniversary for it when it shows up.
