Funny that you say that. My custom ordered Benchmade Crooked River (mini) just got delivered an hour ago. I picked colors to match my Granite Crystal Rubicon. First impression is, “Damn... worth every penny!”

After a long cold winter, I gassed up my Stihl weedwacker. Fired right up. Man this thing saves me time and always runs. I trim a lot over 4 acres.
YOU are a dedicated man. I get worn out just watching my lawn service trim my 9,000 square foot lot. :whew:

Totally agree with Benchmade Knifes, I have several of them... for price and durability an old Buck 110 is handy to as well

My wife’s grandfathers 50’s paintshaker. It works like a charm. I use it regularly.
I like that! My father-in-law who passed almost 30 years ago had a bench press that looked somewhat similar. It had 3 adjustable speeds. Adjustable = moving the belt to one of three pulleys at the motor and at the press. It worked great and was probably from the 50's if not before.

Big Green Egg... I have never needed another type of grill or smoker for the past 15 years. Also in this photo is my favorite Pretentious Beer Hoppy Glass.

I think I am your average Joe. With that said, there are a few things that bring me great pleasure in using like good tools, a nice watch, good clothing etc What makes you smile every time you use it because it is just that good.

I have a Springfield Trophy Match 1911 that I have put about 75,000 rounds through over the years. Every time I take it shooting, I always smile. The quality and performance over the years has been awesome. And with that the Dillion XL650 reloading press. I have many guns, but the 1911 always makes me smile.

My G-Shock watch. Just tough and keeps on working..... Also Mud Resistant. lol

My Craftsman 1/2 impact gun. Every time I use it.... Big SMILES.

Sthil chainsaws and Sthil string trimmer. I can go a couple months or a year with out using them and they always start right up and perform well.

Duluth Trading Company clothing. Their fire hose pants are tough, comfy and the best work pants I have ever owned. Their underwear are super and the best I have ever owned, Their cargo pants and shorts are the best I have ever owned. Overall their clothing is awesome. Pricey, but they they sales.

Now that I am retired, I would like to get a great pocket knife.
I have the Benchmade Snody 420 Resistor as my EDC for 15+ years. Amazing knife. Sadly it is out of production. I have several other Benchmade knives as well. I've sent a couple back for routine maintenance/sharpening and they always come back pristine.

You can't go wrong with Benchmade.
