Can you post a photo of the flaps on your JLUR when you get the chance? I drive on a gravel drive frequently and need to control the rocks throwing once back on the hard road. Thanks.

Hey Daveski, I hope these upload. If you need a different angle let me know. Unfortunately, I got the LOD sliders after I opened the cutout for the standard Rubicon Sliders so I have a hole where the OEM sliders went. Overall they still do a great job.

Thanks for the photos. I'm gonna at least get flaps for the front without a cutout. I have NFab steps that don't go as far forward as the XR sliders.

Glad they helped! The wife and I scooted around Yellowstone and the Grand Tetons in May this year for about a week in snow/rain/sleet and they kept the mud and grime off the sides of the jeep. This is nice and it keeps your clothing (and more importantly my wife's clothing) from getting mud and grime on them. I know that is a bit lame for a "hard core" offroad vehicle but that is why the RokBloks are a nice option.

Not an XR but I have ordered flare extension I plan on installing. The weather tech front splash guards are an extremely easy install no need to drill, just push the center of the rivet in before using a pry tool to remove it. Hardware all fit correctly, they must have updated it at some point. They work just fine with the rock slide engineering step sliders. Running AEV splash guards in the rear. Wheels are 9” wide with a +1 offset for reference.

I ended up going with the Rokblokz XL for the front. You can get them with the cutout for the rock rails if you have them, I got them without cutouts since the NFab nerf/steps didn't go as far up as the XR rails. I needed something to protect the front of the nerf/steps. Hell, it sounded like a windchime after leaving the gravel.

I found the spray to be quite low... this us after a day of wheeling with a fair bit of mud... others were to the point you could hardly tell what color the jeep was

I bought and installed the WeatherTech Rear Mud Flaps on my XR without any problems, but damn I'm having a hard time with the front getting off the plastic rivets. I assume I have to remove the bottom 3 rivets (2 standard from the directions and the middle of them from the XR fender flares) to be able to pull back the trim to install the U brackets. I've tried using a trim removal tool and trying to use the center punch thing of the rivet with a small screwdriver with not much luck. Any tips?

The bottom two from the liner should be pretty easy with the trim removal tool, the other rivet I used a small drill bit to the center of the rivet, then used the trim removal tool to pull it out. Stay patient, I hope that helps!

This tool is also helpful if you are willing to wait for delivery.

Thanks. The pliers part of that tool looks very useful. I just have a standard trim kit that is being difficult to get under those rivets. I am worried about gouging into the plastic too much. I know it will be covered by the mud flaps but still trying to be careful.

I had trouble with the middle rivet on my XR. I ended up drilling it out on both sides. the rest of them popped out with trim tool no problem. the first side took forever since I was cautious and not wanting to damage anything. 2nd side was super fast.

I got the bottom one out with a little effort but struggled on the other two. I'm sure once I figure out the tricks it will also move along faster.

Well I think I figured out my problem and all I had to do was read correctly. I couldn’t get the front ones to line up for the life of me. I bought the front mudflaps for the Sport S bc that’s what the high tide is based on. I should have read the OP post better bc I should have bought the rubicon version of the mud flaps. Pretty sure the high tide has rubicon fenders. These aren’t wide enough to match up all the bolts. Ugh. So frustrated.

I installed them on our JLR, but front only. Very easy install. They sure do save on the paint.

Just to clarify...are there any flaps that work on a Rubicon with the factory installed MOPAR Performance Rock Rails? IF so, could someone please let me know which ones work?
