Frames are a different factory, unfortunately.I assume these KUKA robots aren't the ones doing the shitty frame welds, as those come from a different factory already assembled, no?

Had this problem with my '12 JKU, dealer fixed under warranty with only minor argument! Came out great and was fine for the 20k more miles I owned it. My JLU seems OK at 25K, we'll see?
So far verbally , lets see when I take it in , no warranty work can be done under the current lockdown and dealership bodyshop closed..You would think Jeep would have figured the hinge corrosion out after 3 generations. Hate to see that happening. Is FCA warranting it?
