"The car hauler did not stop after contact was made, officials said, and was not located."I just saw this article. I hope it is going to a dealer lot and not anyone's special order here.
Jeep on car hauler strikes I-94 overpass near Ann Arbor - mlive.com
my wife must have been riding in that Jeep because she's missing most of her top half too..........."The car hauler did not stop after contact was made, officials said, and was not located."
So, the hauler arrives at the destination, and ... [insert topless joke here]
(Not the most well-written/proofread article, though, since it also says "Upon arrival, firefighters found a car hauler collided with the overpass bridge.." The word "had" could have at least made the story consistent with itself.)
By "happened to you" I hope you mean you witnessed or got caught up behind the accident. Otherwise, according to the article you are either severely injured, on the run from the cops, or posting from beyond the grave!
Watching those dash cam videos on YouTube it seems like half the people involved in accidents take off either in the car or on foot, even when it wasn't their fault. It's a crazy world filled with crazier people.Wonder why the guy driving the Jeep bolted. It doesn't sound like it was his fault. Outstanding warrants maybe? Under the influence?
