So just looking at my account and looks like I got the NEW MAXIMUM CARE (MINIMUM 5/60 PT WARRANTY).

First things first is this is right lifetime warranty I should have got? Seems like they have different ones. Does the 5/60 mean power train? Guess I am confused... Also looks like I have JEEP ā€˜BRAND SPECIFIC’ OPTIONS plan as well for two years - what even is this?

There are different levels of the MaxCare Warranties. These all should be sold through MOPAR. You can google MOPAR MaxCare and go to the site to see what is covered under each plan. I would not consider a 5/60 plan a ā€œlifetimeā€ plan, but it will serve a lot of people well; those that don’t keep vehicles longer than that. I opted for the Lifetime Warranty with $100 deductible at a good price. On the ā€œcontractā€ it actually says 999,999 miles or 99 years. I am not sure if the ā€œJeep brandā€ Program you mentioned is the Jeep Wave Program, but if so that is kind of like a customer service/benefit program not associated with a warranty.

I have a lifetime warranty with $100 deductible. It is called the 5/60 for some reason but this is not related to length of warranty. I think it has to do with the warranty only being an option for cars that come with a 5/60 from the factory but I could be wrong. Hence why I was looking for clarification.

Edit: Just looked at my plan online and it also states 999999 miles and an expiration in the year 2101.

My questions was more related to coverage than term. It looks like I have two years of $0 deductible and then $100 deductible kicks in and with that a rental car max of $175. That is the only difference that I can tell from the free two years to when my lifetime kicks in.

I actually cannot remember now. I think I paid maybe $2,700. This should be close to cost as my buddy did it for me.

I, too, have the lifetime and I see the same on my account. If you click "Print Provision" on the bottom, you'll get all the fine print. Near the bottom of page two, you'll find the explicit language indicating that you are good for lifetime and that you have $x deductible. Print that and keep it with you.
