Warn Zeon Platinum - Rope hard to pull out with the freespool

Hi all

I do have Warn Zeon Platinum and the rope is hard to pull out when the frees pool in engaged on the remote control. It does not get out smoothly like with my Warn XP. Any ideas where the issue can be?
