Hi,

I just picked up a used Zeon 10s that is mounted in a hitch receiver basket. I want to remove it and put it in my OEM steel bumper.

It has only about 1 foot of battery cable which is connected to a Quick Disconnect. I do not have the other half of the quick disconnect or any other cable.
It's mounted to the basket with 4 bolts on the bottom.
I'm going to install it with the Warn PIK kit to Aux4.

Here is what I need to know:

1. How much wire do I need if I wanna replace the quick disconnect? Can I get away with 5 ft each of pos/neg? Or do I need 6 ft?
2. Does it just bolt down with the 4 bolts on the bottom to the winch plate?
3. Any other hardware that I need?

Thanks :)

I would go with the 6 foot cable.

Other than that, you just need the 4 bolts and 4 nuts to bolt it down.

The nuts are a special shape to slide into the feet. I would just order the Warn part number since they'll share the shear load properties Warn designed into the feet.

Don't forget fairlead and hardware.

You'll want a bracket to mount the PIK solenoid. IIRC, I used a six inch corner brace, and bent a leg down. Used an existing fender bolt, then will need a bolt/nut to attach the solenoid to the bracket. The solenoid sits between the battery and the fender right by the Aux cables.
