Warn winch plate and JCR skid compatible?

Does anyone k ow if the warn winch plate is compatible with the JCR offroad skid plates for the MOPAR steel bumper. Looking at install videos the warn winch plate uses the OEM skid bracket for mounting but the JRC off-road skid plate removes the bracket and replaces it with its own mounting bracket. It looks like I may be able to use BOTH with just longer screws but want to see if anyone has verified compatibility?
