Wanting to install an underseat sub I have leftover from my last vehicle, is this all I need

I found this adapter on Crutchfield

It looks like it would just tie into the soundbar speaker wires.

Personally I would run like an LC2i pro or similar. It's going to run you about $120 vs that $30 kicker adapter, but it'll give you a clean input for your sub and clear up the factory bass roll off.

Slightly, just because you'll need a power and ground. But its just 18 gauge wire, so you can basically tap into any power in the vehicle. Not bad at all. See the problem is, doing it the way you want it'll sound decent at low volume, but factory stereos as you turn the volume up the bass cuts out to preserve your factory speakers. The LC2i pro gives you back full bass at higher volumes.
