Sales person said it arrived at local port a couple of weeks ago.

Sales manager said, no, sales person sees different information and that it should have arrived last week and cannot give estimate of when it will arrive at dealership.

JeepCares customer service says it will arrive at dealership betweven 12/3-12/10. Then they hung up on me.

uscustomercare@fcagroup says arrival at dealership between 12/9-12/20. 4th time they changed this range.

So, no one knows where it is, or can tell me what rail station was last passed. I really don’t understand the conflicting information and lack thereof. Feels like something fishy is going on. Difficult not to lose patience.

Ordered mine August 2nd, lost count of weeks... according to the dealer it went into painting almost a month ago and was scheduled to ship between 11/29-12/16... at this point I'm hoping it gets delayed as much as possible as I've bought a bunch of stuff for it and I'd like to get me credit card balance paid off before payments start.

Weekly Monday morning Jeep Chat check! Previous Mondays for weeks it was 'the materials needed to start the build process have been received. The vehicle should be entering the build process shortly'. Not exactly "on the way to the dealer yet" but I now have hope. Ordered 8/23 Unlimited Sport Willys with 3.6L 6-speed, premium soft top, cold weather package, Gorilla Glass in Granite Crystal. First ever Wrangler.

I ordered a similar build on the 29th but it was a white 4 door. Hopefully the 2022s move faster.

This really tested my endurance and patience. My hope is all waiting on their MY21 get them by Christmas. I really hope MY22 doesn't do this to anyone.

I will say the wait was worth it! Such a sweet ride!

The long wait is finally over!!! The awesome part is I ordered my Willys based on pictures. Seeing it in person is just over the top awesome!!! Took the long way home along all the back roads. Remembered how to drive a standard (stalled only twice). Got my first three Jeep waves too! First time Wrangler owner. LOVE THIS THING!
Ordered 8/23 picked up 12/17.
