Walmart Toyo open country m/t price mistake

Walmart sells tires.

Online, they allow third party sellers to sell directly to their customers under the banner of Walmart. Often times, product is either new and overlapping theirs or the product is a refurbished or used item.

Walmart takes a portion of the proceeds from the sale in exchange for hosting the third party and allowing them to visibility to the customer and ownership of sales.

Amazon does the same thing as well.

I say all of this to say that Walmart uses this relationship with their third party to deny fulfillment and or honoring price and or inventory.

So anyone who wants to walk into Walmart and yell at the minimum wage employee and the manager, save your time and breath.

Clearly these spiritual suggestions are referencing a circular path- i.e. tires. Sounds legit.

It DOES say on my order that I can take them in to my local store for returns or exchanges.

I confirmed w WM that the 3rd party LLC gets 0$ until the tires ship and we get a tracking #, then walmart said we can bring them into local store for refund if delivered items are no what we ordered...

But instead of a refund I’m going to politely ask for an exchange for the correct tires. Which if you aren’t a dick to the WM employees I don’t see why they wouldn’t do for you.

They take anything back almost no questions asked.

“I ordered these tires online but you guys accidentally shipped me the wrong thing. I’d like to exchange for the tires I ordered. Please and thank you.”

The claimed weight is 55 pounds though in the description... which is still 29 pounds less than this tire really weighs. According to TOYO the 37’s I ordered should be 84 pounds each.

One would think that after the high amount of orders that flooded in over the weekend that SOMEONE would have noticed this from either Walmart, Tire Nation or PerTerra Garden.
