Vibration after teraflex lift (at idle and in motion)

Hello everyone, I'll be very grateful for the help!
A very nasty vibration, the mirror resonates, most often when I stop at a traffic light. It also often appears during quiet driving on smooth surfaces.

This problem appeared after installing the lift kit and new wheels.

Installed within the lift kit:

• Teraflex 3.5 liftkit
• Rear and front track bars (Teraflex Alpine)
• Front Control Arm Sport Brackets TX1938125
• SP2 falcon shocks
• BF KO2 35" & Fuel Anza wheelset

My problem is greatly aggravated by the fact that I live in Eastern Europe, we officially haven't Wranglers. All parts are ordered by ship and during quarantine they have to wait for months.
Also, there are absolutely no repair shops that are familiar with the Wrangler.

Therefore, any of your advice is very valuable to me!

with dana 44 m220 LSD rear axle Yes, I am aware of possible LSD problems, but the vibration is brightest at idle, so I don't think that's the problem.

They are in another city, I have planned a trip to them, but as I said above, there are no wrangler specialists in my region, so I want to better prepare for meeting with them, learn as much as possible about the causes of the problem.

No. Only lift parts.

In some sources, it is advised to install hub-centrics. Cause I put new rims with hub 78, and the stock hub 71. But the tires are well balanced and at speeds above 80 miles I did not feel any vibrations. The problem is felt precisely at idle and at low speed.
Therefore, the "dia" of the rims can be excluded

And vibration is felt most clearly in the rearview mirror. I even developed a stupid habit of constantly correcting it by touching the mirror (this helps to remove the resonance for 10-15 seconds)

How many miles on your rig ? Vibration at idle usually has nothing to do with the lift. I would check spark plugs, a bad plug will cause vibration, also bad trans mount or motor mount.

How many miles on your rig ?

After lift installed about 2000 miles
Most of them are highways and traffic jams. Off-road in the mountains about two hundred miles.

Vibration at idle usually has nothing to do with the lift

Before that lift, I drove about 10 thousand miles and never felt vibration...

Could be an ignition coil going bad as well.

Do you have access to a decent OBD scanner? Even if it’s not throwing a misfire code yet, you may be able to identify it with the misfire counter. My first check is always swapping coils, that way youcan confirm it’s a coil if the misfire follows the swap.

Yes, I use vlinker and jscan, it doesn't give any errors. But thanks for the "misfire" notice, I'll check it out!

Did the shop remove your spring isolators? I’m having trouble seeing them in the pictures. There should be a plastic one below the spring and a rubber/synthetic one above it.
I’m not sure if that would cause this, but it seems like it could.

The lower isolator is the pad that looks like it’s toothed at the bottom.

This small cross member. make sure there is clearance between it and the exhaust. Any metal to metal contact will result in vibration transmitted through to the body. It shouldn’t be affected by the lift kit but if someone jacked up under it or used a steady prop whilst on a lift it only has to move a small distance to touch the exhaust. Whist looking underneath, check the whole exhaust is clear of chassis, body, rear axle suspension etc.

Even if it’s not throwing a misfire code yet, you may be able to identify it with the misfire counter.

I took some measurements and found misfires. But I don't know what the critical threshold for their number. (both screenshots are an average of 10 minutes of driving)

Was the vibration happening during the 10 minute period. Looks like cyl 1 may be the repeat offender, but I would expect more than 14 misfires if it was bad.

Have you found a solution to this? I have the exact same lift kit and shocks as yours, and this same problem started the day I got them installed!
